Water System Flush

The water system will be flushed, Wednesday, May13th 2026
You may see some trurbidity coming from your tap, but it should be minimal. As a safeguard, chlorine will be added, but a " boil water advisory" is not anticicpated.
On Tuesday May 12th, 2026 chlorine will be added to the header tank that supplies the pressure to our water system. To avoid bad tasting tea or coffee on the morning of the 13th you may want to set aside sufficient non-chlorinated water.
During the late morning of Wednesday May 13th as the system is flushed, the water pressure will drop drastically and some households may have only a trickle of water for at most, a period of 2 hours.
This procedure although distruptive will clean our pipes and help to keep our water clean and fresh.
